Today Friday 10th August 2018 … Association member/journalist Roy Sinclair reports,

“Thoroughly enjoyed walking the Harry Ell Walkway this morning, from Sign of the Takahe to the Sign of the Kiwi, Summit Road, Port Hills … to witness the sign of the Kiwi been reinstated on the stone pillar.

Awesome to see it installed today. Was that Harry Ell’s smile I spotted reflected in Lyttelton Harbour ?

Four walks to the Sign of the Kiwi and he finally got a gorgeous date scone,
